  • Key Responsibilities : This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design, build Unit testing and implementation of Oracle HCM cloud Compensation Also, responsible to work on various technical components of Oracle HCM cloud Compensation
    
  • Technical Experience : Should have strong Techno-Functional knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation viz, Functional Configurations, writing Compensation and Payroll Fast formulas, customizing the Statement Templates, configuring Alerts, etc Should have Good knowledge on page personalizations Knowledge of OTBI reports used in Compensation is an added advantage Configuring workflow approvals for Compensation is an added advantage Must have done at least 1 Oracle Cloud Compensation implementation
    
  • Professional Attributes : Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy, ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams, etc
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or Masters degree in computer
