  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should have basic understanding on Field Services, Project Management in CRM 2 Should have worked in Agile methodology and have used VSTS to track user stories, bug fixing, reporting of progress, etc 3 Develop Applications that meets the Standard Accessibility, Security and Performance 4 Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should be Proficient in D365 MSCRM Dynamics with in-dept knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, JavaScripts CRM Portals/Power Portals, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps Azure Knowledge 2 Should be Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM along with the Sales, Marketing Service Modules flow 3 Should have good experience on XRM Implementations 4 Should have at least 2-3 end to end MSCRM Implementation experiences
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have good communication Skills 2 Should able to work closely with the customer
