• Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications 2 Support D365 CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard workflow customizations, end-user guidance 3 Collaborate with Product Management and Business Process Owners to analyze and design business requirements
  
• Technical Experience : 1 Experience minimum of 3 years with Dynamics 365 or CRM 2 Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions integrations 3 Industry expertise of strategic sectors 4 Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems 5 Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts 6 Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
