Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Provides technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented
2 Leads team in the building of CRM solutions that meets requirements
3 Define the CRM development tools and environment for the Pontiac Applications Delivery Center
4 Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance
5 3Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery processes
- Technical Experience : 1 Must have Microsoft D365 and Field Service and Power Platform Systems
2 full-stack experience in building cloud-based web applications
3 Expertise with MSD CRM development and its integrations/add-ons
- Professional Attributes : 1 Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective 2 Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project
