  • Key Responsibilities : - Ideally D365 for Marketing experience and understanding of how Event templates, Customer Journeys, Email Templates and Content Blocks in D365 work - The resource will be configuring and testing these entities in D365 as well as creating documentation
    
  • Technical Experience : - Need to have exposure on the concepts of Email Templates, Customer Journeys and Event Templates in D365 Marketing - Should have Basic Knowledge of Marketing module and the D365 Out of box functionalities - Should have work experience on configuring Email Templates in CRM - Good to have prior work experience on end to end Marketing module Implementations
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Should have Good Communication and Documentation Skills - Should be able to work directly with the customers for gathering the requirements and Design, Customize, Document and Test the solutions to meet customer requirements
