  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Experience in D365 POS especially below - Assign and track service tickets for the team and self - Monitor review batch occurrences interfaces - Ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines - Review technical design documents and estimations for enhancements new developments - Perform code review on the development components - Adherence to development best practices and performance considerations - Co ordinate with onsite for deployment cycle 2 Should have worked on at least 1 POS projects
    
  • Technical Experience : - Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Retail and Commerce, MPOS and CPOS - Hands on with client requirements and best practices on loyalty management, POS receipt, Discounts and promotions etc - Knowledge on apparel sales at POS, start to end day process, assortments, real time inventory etc - Supervising process and functional integration design activities, creating functional requirements, developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
