  • Key Responsibilities : Microservices and Light Weight Architecture Own the operational maintenance of a merchants post-sales technical experience on Uber, through multiple client-facing mediums including e-mail, chat calls Stay familiar with all of Ubers B2B products, offerings, and integrations Understand Ubers system architecture and integration components to troubleshoot technical operational issues resolve support questions Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient
    
  • Technical Experience : years of experience of shipping production code Golang, RESTful APIs, Java and selenuim Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences 2 years of experience in selenuim Experience problem solving and fixing products Ability to set-up a lab environment and do hands-on troubleshooting Experience working directly with strategic clients
