  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work in L2 L3 Java Application Support Maintenance project , 2 Coordinate and driving Incident resolutions to meet client SLAs, 3 Lead and drive support teams to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents, 4 Document follow-up actions identified during and after incidents and drive these as Service Improvement items, 5 Participate in client connects for escalation handling/management
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Must possess good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Angular2, Unix, Websphere 2 Should have an exposure to Application maintenance support with good experience in L2 and L3 application maintenance process 3 Good to have working experience on Service management process like Incident, Problem and Change Management
