  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Customer analytics projects implementation to support consumer departments encompassing the Pre and Post launch analysis for different promotions and creating and maintaining different automated and interactive dashboards consumed by CCO and other top management 2 Perform deep dives to advise product owner about success or failure of the promotions, and identifying opportunities and avoiding potential risks 3 Create Post-mortem analysis evaluating introduced services and offers
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience and expertise in BI DWH Teradata, Netezza, Oracle, IBM Cognos, Tableau etc and query languages PL/SQL etc 2 Execution of some critical and time-sensitive projects like analysis for TRA and on-demand basis by creating complex queries for reconciliation and quality assessment 3 Creating new ideas for promotions, which can enhance business productivity and profitability and present these ideas to higher management 4 Provide and analyze data points that are presented on a weekly basis
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent presentation and communication skills 2 Proficiency in MS Office Suite 3 Project Management skills 4 Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with business and commercial knowledge of telecommunication
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 Specific degree in Computer Science, Business, or Statistics field from a reputable institute
