  • Key Responsibilities : Review the contract documents, ensure that exiting metadata is correct They will ensure that the existing parent-child relationship between contracts is correctly mapped Where the parent-child relationship is missing, they will map it Also, if contracts are missing then they will reach out to vendor/internal Gap partner to discover the contracts and upload them to contract database with required metadata
    
  • Technical Experience : Business analyst with experience in contract administration The person should have a good understanding of contract structure, different types of contracts; should know to analyze contract documents and determine contractual obligations Sourcing, contract administration, or buyers experience is desired
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good analytical and communication skill is also required
