  • Technical Experience : Genesys ORS platform with Composer skill Vxml scripting for IVR applications eServices / multimedia workflow developer Worked on CRQs and PROD deployments Worked on Agile and Kanban Java / Networking experience
    
  • Professional Attributes : Proactive and good communication skills
