• Project Role :Test Lead
• Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Key Responsibilities : Able to deliver the code on time with quality Get involved in design activities Should be able to guide junior team members as needed Should take up additional responsibilities in estimating, design etc
    
  • Technical Experience : At least one WCM Implementation Project through design-build-test phases on CQ5 as Lead designer Key designer on the team Min 4 years of Experience in CQ5 Strong knowledge on Java, J2EE, Servlet and JSP Lifecycle Very good knowledge on JavaScript and any one javascript framework ex: jquery Should have knowledge on project building tools like Maven or Ant Exposure to performance tuning of CQ5 applications
    
  • Professional Attributes : AEM SI implementation projects Should have worked on Adobe search promote, test target etc Very good knowledge on Javascript and knowledge on Maven/Ant tools
    
  • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 yrs of education
    
  • Additional Information : Focus on quality, good communication, should be able to lead and interact with stakeholders/clients
