  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Looking for a support engineer that will represent MDE Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to our strategic customers 2 The engineer will work close with the customers and will help them with any issue that they have with our product 3 The engineer will work directly with the engineering team to work on solutions and fixes to customers issues and challenges
    
  • Technical Experience : 1The engineer will also drive a list of requirements from the customers to the engineering based on the continuous engagement with the customers 2 The ultimate goal is to drive high satisfactions of our customers from our product and from our support process 3 7 years of experience with working with world class customers as technical account manage 4 Good knowledge in the security space and Windows internals
