Your Role:
Frontend Architecture professionals collaborate with the Design disciplines and act as the bridge between design intent and implementation. Bring design concepts to life as quickly and tangibly as possible, regardless of the ultimate delivery medium but with an early understanding of industry trends and tools, technical feasibility and implications. Demonstrate the value of prototyping as an integral and regular step in the design process of conceptualizing, refining, and finalizing an inventive solution, service or product.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
- Analyze and translate the client’s business requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions and support requirements assessment, solution planning, solution blueprint/architecture, prototyping, and impact analysis
- Develop and analyze solution options based on business demand, provide comparison and recommendations on the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices 
- Participate in client workshops and presentation of the proposed solutions
- Manage development designs across multiple projects to meet project and customer required timelines
- Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications
- Complete/ oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work
- Develop partnerships and relationships within the organization with colleagues (including superiors, peers and subordinates), as well as with clients, partners and other business associates outside of the Company

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ experience of IT experience with at least 3 years’ hands-on project solution architecture experience, ideally from IT Consulting 
- Strong technical experience on WeChat ecosystem (Mini-program, WeCOM, WeChat Pay, Commerce)
- Strong technical experience on Taobao ecosystem (Mini-program 商家應用, Tmall commerce, 聚石塔).
- Experience working in a Tmall ISV is a plus
- Strong technical experiences on Web application and hybrid mobile application development with HTML5, CSS3 and other frameworks
- Experience in business process design and solution blueprint.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
- Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems
- Understanding of application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, or client/server systems
- Strong project management skills 
- Knowledge and experience with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus
- Knowledge and experience on frameworks like Vue, React, Angular, nodejs and ReactNative is a plus
- Experience in managing onshore/ offshore team is a plus 
- Passion and ability to learn new technologies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel to client locations (HK, China and other countries by project request when necessary)
