Your Job 

The Engineering practice includes our most experienced and talented resources with a broad skillset. Moreover, as the world of IT is rapidly changing, our highly skilled and motivated Agile/DevOps practitioners are in the spotlight. With a strong focus on Cloud-first solutions, we bring our clients to the next level in terms of applying Infrastructure-as-Code, Automation, Continuous Improvement, Integration and Continuous Delivery. As a Java Engineer you are responsible for the analysis, development, advise, maintenance and support of Java-based solutions.

Your background

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• you have at least 2 years of relevant work experience

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree or Master degree in a relevant IT-related field of study

• Agile minded, team-player and customer focused

• Fast learner, you watch trends in your area and are not afraid of applying new technologies and solutions;

• Affinity with engineering and object-oriented programming

• Ambitious, driven and self-starting in client-facing programmes

• Affinity and interest in cloud hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and service tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)

• Knowledge and experience in Java 8 or higher

• Knowledge and experience in Spring/Hibernate

• Knowledge and experience with open source libraries

• Knowledge and experience with API / Integrations
