  • Key Responsibilities : a: Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects b: Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration C: Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Implementing, configuring and supporting Workday Absence Mgmt global rollouts C: Setting up Leave of Absence d: Absence Calendars and Absence Calculations e: Writing calculated fields required in condition rules, validation rules and reporting f: Workday security domains and also knows how to maintain security on business processes Good to have: a: Exposure to GDPR requirements b: Basic knowledge on new features like Absence Tiers and Absence Events c: Creating custom reports
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
