  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Working primarily on Splunk alerts and dashboards along with couple of other monitoring tools like Dynatrace Managed, OEM etc 2 Acknowledging alerts within SLA 3 Creating alert-based incidents 4 Preparing Adhoc reports 5 Reporting P1/P2 issues, joining bridge call for the same to provide first level analysis and preparing Chronology for the same
