- Key Responsibilities : o Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence to build Release KPI/reports
o Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule
o Acting as a Gatekeeper to all environments including production, ensuring proper release procedures are followed
o Actively participate in the establishment, improvement, documentation, communication, and enforcement of change management processes
- Technical Experience : o Worked on Service Now and Jira
o 3 Experience in Change Management
o CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps
o Experience in cloud platform like Azure
- Professional Attributes : o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to assess quickly current configuration management and build process o Flexibility in adjusting schedules to meet deadlines
