  • Key Responsibilities : 1 To work independently on HR ABAP objects: Involvement in estimation and requirement gathering to manage design, development and implementation of ABAP HR objects 2 Provide high quality customer support throughout the project for incidents, change requests, problem tickets 3 Experience in the software development life cycle which includes the stages of application development, design analysis, evaluation of customer needs, functional requirements, technical requirements and testing
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Must have worked on HR ABAP under core modules of SAP HCM: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and Time Management, Object Oriented Programming, Reports using LDBs, ALV, Queries, Module Pools or Dialog programming Infotype framework, ABAP Dictionary Objects, interfaces, IDOC, LSMW, Enhancement, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Smart Forms, Sap Scripts, HR Forms, Adobe, FPM Good to have: Exposure on HCM Process and Forms using FPM, WebDynpro, Workflows, Fiori using ODATA Servic
