  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Lead a module with 4-5 developers 2 Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements for FSL 3 Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4 Conduct peer review, guide team members 5 Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization 2 SME in Service Cloud and FSL PD1 Certified 3 Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 2 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4 Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery 5 Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools 6 4-5 years of Salesforce experience
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3 Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget 4 Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors
