• Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Understanding and implementing performance testing framework 2 Good understanding of agile practices and processes 3 Solid experience in developing, debugging performance scripts 4 Experience implementation of monitoring solutions for production and UAT environments 5 Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with a client facing role experience
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Strong experience with performance tools such as Load Runner Mandatory, Neoload Good to Have 2 Experience in analysis, design, and development and testing phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC using agile 3 Experience with JIRA, Confluence 4 Good understanding of factors influencing performance of software applications at multiple layers including Database, network, CPU utilization, memory analysis performance monitors
