  • Key Responsibilities : a: Work as Support Lead and provide Level 2 / 3 support for client applications b: Troubleshoot Xstore complex issues from production c: Provide lead coverage in UK shifts on rotational basis d: Ensure that SLAs are adhered e: Represent L2 team in various client forums and discuss on Incidents and other complex issues
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Retail Domain experience Xstore POS, 2-5 years Trouble shooting skill for analyzing problem tickets / production issues b: Experience in GIT - Code versioning Tool - Cloud awareness - AWS c: 2-4 years of experience in Xstore Retail domain and providing production support
