  • Key Responsibilities : 1 A strong AWS RDS database admin experience in Oracle/SQL/Neptune/Redshift Maria Database Administration 2 Ensuring availability and performance of databases 3 Proactively monitor to ensure secure services with minimum downtime 4 Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of DB issues 5 Responsible for improvement and maintenance of databases and Resources to include rollout and upgrades 6 Responsible for implementation and release of changes according to agreed timescales and cost
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Must have Oracle or Sql 2 Strong AWS RDS Oracle/Sql/Redshift/Neptune maria experience in production environements 3 Configuration and support of complex DB systems in AWS RDS environment 4 Practical experience in monitoring 5 Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning ,Evening and Night Shifts 2Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Team leading and people management capabilities
