  • Key Responsibilities : A: Should be able to lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact B: Will be responsible for developing and reviewing the CRM modules customizations C : Should have strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development D: Should be able to plan, organize, monitor, and present project milestones and risk and issues to resolution
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Should have 4-5 years of IT experience extensive CRM technical experience Experience in CRM Sales Services Module Should be able to design, B: Should have experience in doing atleast 1 end to end CRM Implementations C:Should have 4-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience as a mandate
