  • Technical Experience : A: Should have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or CRM Pre sales or sales consultant CRM Knowledge B: Should have 4-5 years of work experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application C: Should have 4-5 years of experience in requirements Gathering and Analysis through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, obtain, capture, validate and document business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy
