  • Key Responsibilities : Ability to provide solution to various requests coming across business units and handle the request completion Good communication skills to interact with client directly, understand the requirements and ability to explain the solution with proper justification Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to business
    
  • Technical Experience : Good technical expertise in LMS mainly with SABA Knowledge on various modules like Learning, Social, HR and System of SABA with the ability to provide technical and functional solution in this areas Help business during the each system upgrade by explaining the consequences of each change and the effect it has on the system
    
  • Professional Attributes : Willingness to learn new and implement in the day to day activities Positive attitude and team collaboration Good analytical skills and flexibility
