  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should have experience for more than 3 / 5 years of experience working with SAP Contact Center Integration with SAP CRM On Premise 2 Should have experience working in various Communication channels which includes - Inbound /Outbound Call, Inbound /outbound emails chat engine through Communication desktop 3 Should have experience integrating SAP CRM system with Contact Centre implementation covering administration support of Service Request management
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Develop end-to-end configuration documents for process steps including BCM/SAP CCtr customizations, BCM /SAP CCtr connector interface and SAP Integration Package for SWIFT SIPS 2 Should have experience working in various Communication channels which includes - Inbound /Outbound Call, Inbound /outbound emails chat engine through Communication desktop
