Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : A:Able to work in API automation for SOAP and REST web services using ReadyAPI and BDD frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured B:Able to work in testing using REST API web services also with with automated API regression testing tools and SDET C:Able to converting feature requirements to user stories and test cases; writing automated regression tests for SaaS platform and UI based features; designing and testing software for functionality, scalability, and reliability; basic SQL and X
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Expertise in API automation for SOAP and REST web services using ReadyAPI and BDD frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc B:Experience on Rest assured , Cucumber framework etc C:Experience with Java and IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse development; Linux/ Unix/ scripting eg Perl, Python D:Experience in testing using REST API web services E:Understanding of any API testing tools like POSTMAN F:Experience with practical test pyramids; contract testing; using PACT; Continuous Delivery
