Right now, we are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead, who want to drive the Outsourcing delivery of our clients most important and critical business services. You will be a strong representative for our services, and through your professionalism, business sense and follow-up abilities you will become a valued strategic business partner for our customers. Further it includes involvement of a wide range of Accenture delivery teams from onshore, nearshore as well as offshore locations.
Through close dialogue and visibility, you ensure that your team provides high quality deliverables. Ultimately, the goal is to continue creating and guaranteeing an effective customer/delivery cooperation. 
Job includes management and motivation of your team - a team in which includes involvement of a wide range of Accenture delivery teams from onshore, nearshore as well as offshore locations. You will be involved in leading the direction and journey for the delivery function towards an even more strategic role.
Currently, our Nordic Service Delivery Manager team consists of very strong, senior and very dedicated employees that will provide you with the know-how and tools that you need.


Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Responsibility for one or more complex outsourcing delivery client accounts and to deliver according to plan both to the clients and Accenture.
  • Primary point of contact to client, partners, and our delivery, delivering best-in-class services to our clients and identifying further business opportunities
  • With support from Accenture subject matter experts, different Accenture Centers of Excellences, Labs, Studios and Innovation Centers identify innovations bringing in new Accenture inspiration to the clients
  • Proactively support the Nordic Service Delivery Manager team you will be part of on our growth journey with your experience, drive and positive attitude


You in a nutshell

  • Strong IT Delivery background (10+ years) including educational background as Msc. e.g. Cand Merc IT or similar
  • Can contribute in a Global and team-oriented environment
  • Beneficial being certified in multiple domains (e.g. Cloud, ITIL, ERP, SAFe, Scrum)
  • Contribute to bids (RFIs/RFPs)
  • Excellent at prioritization and strong team player- and continues building strong networking skills
  • Strong energy, highly motivated, proactive, “can do” mindset, organized and capable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal, strong story-teller and excellent presentation skills
  • Strong skills in relationship management
  • Fluent in English and preferable in Danish. Knowledge of another Scandinavian language is an advantage
