• Project Role :Database Administrator
• Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities : Install various software on Windows and Linux environments Support deployment of in house developed and/or custom application Work with agile development team to resolve any architecture related issues Assist in troubleshooting and correcting issue, adapting to new technologies, interfaces and working with vendor for various software installations Install and plan new software releases and upgrades Performs system backups/images and recovery Monitors system configuration for data integrity
    
  • Technical Experience : Strong experience with Windows server and Linux/Unix operating systems required Good understanding of OS security policies Experience working in an AWS environment, supporting applications deployments Experience of docker containers and application deployments Must have Shell scripting knowledge
