Job description:
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Developing, designing, and maintaining technologies to enable smarter decision making and generate significant business value. Work in challenging and dynamic environments, use versatility to create and support technology solutions that meet project requirements from analysis to implementation. Enable high end technology and cloud solutions for analytics projects and assets.
The role involves but not limited to the following:
• Work on the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions
• Work in close collaboration with analytics consulting and asset teams to provide technical expertise
• Build, and/or test new components or enhancements to existing modules
• Work on innovative solutions on HR Analytics data mart and migration of all work to Google cloud platform
• Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort
Work with minimal supervision on daily tasks and moderate level of instruction on new assignments
Key Skills Must Have • JavaScript, Angular framework • SQL, DevOps pipelines, Unix shell scripting • Knowledge of analysis tools like R, Python • Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work cross-culturally Good to have • Cloud (AWS/GCP), Web development (HTML, CSS), API development, Data visualization tool (Qlik/Power BI) • Human Resources experience
