  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 2 Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 3 Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects 2 Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 Strong analytical skills 3 Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal external stakeholders across geographies 4 Ability to manage client expectations, foresee risks and develop leaders within the team
