  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Bring industry experience and best practices to supply chain projects 2 Learn and develop skills in different Technology areas to be able to execute Technology projects 3 Work with Pre-sales teams to shape proposal storyline and marry business requirement to technology capability 4 Interact with key client stakeholders to understand business requirements and work with functional experts to configure tools to business requirements
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Deep understanding of the industry and processes in Supply chain from Procurement, Inventory and Shipping 2 Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Process /Discrete Manufacturing among which 3 years in a lead role 3 Very good understanding of analytics underlying these processes 4 Should have participated in 2-3 digitalization initiatives in supply chain space and should be able to explain the benefits and learnings Can relate to technology enhancement
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills and should be able to face off senior client stakeholders, architects and SMEs 2 Internal Stakeholder management, Communicate with customer partners Architects to understand and define requirements 3 Ability to manage motivate the teams and help achieve the goals
    
  • Educational Qualification : MBA / Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
