  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Define functional strategy and best practices related to design of Manufacturing processes from Planning to Execution 2 Provide functional inputs for the implementation of the process improvements in manufacturing/Production 3 Support approach methodology, rightly map solution to customer requirements, Support execution roadmap improvement activities 4 Test and review the newly designed solution for Manufacturing execution process, implement best practices and automation wherever possible
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Process /Discrete Manufacturing among which 1 year in a lead role 2 Must have been part of at least 2 end-to-end process improvements 3 Good Communication and interpersonal skills for managing client, offshore/ onsite teams 4 Deep Knowledge on Product Formulation / Design /Production Planning / Repetitive / Discrete manufacturing processes / Bill of Material/ Manufacturing Execution Systems / Advanced Planning
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Must Have Skills: Good Communication Skills and should be able to work independently 2 Good attitude to learn new technology towards Product Design, Advanced Production Planning/ Manufacturing Execution Systems 3 Functional knowledge of at least one SAP Module
    
  • Educational Qualification : MBA / Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
