  • Key Responsibilities : a: The role holder is responsible for delivering tangible and measurable value to HR business by taking a support role in the maintenance of HR systems b: He/she will undertake a range of activities such as incident/request resolution, Service Introduction and Service Maintenance c: The Support Analyst is also responsible for performing root cause analysis RCA, developing knowledge articles KBA for repetitive problems, and recommend procedures and controls for the prevention of the problem
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Strong knowledge of Saba Cloud L3 and related web-based training standards such as SCORM, AICC etc b: Ability to perform troubleshooting eLearning content all formats, bulk uploads, build integrations, Perform impact analysis on Saba release notes, document and resolve incidents and problem tickets
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent written and oral communication skills b: Knowledge in IT Service management and Experience working on ITSM tools like Service Now c: Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives d: Eager to learn and develop new tech skills as required
    
  • Educational Qualification : a: Desired Academic Qualification: BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
