  • Key Responsibilities : -Resource must have Remedy Development Experience -Remedy Developer is responsible for the development of web-based applications using J2EE, BMC Remedy, and Application Servers as well as administration of the product/tool implemented
    
  • Technical Experience : -BMC Remedy Load Balanced Web and Server Group installations -Remedy SSO installation and administration -Remedy Suite integrations Incident, Change, Incident, SRM, DWP, Asset and CMDB -Report gathering using BMC tools Reporting Server and Web interface -Integration of Remedy via REST API to JAVA and NET applications -Troubleshooting Application errors via Logs -ServiceNow Fundamentals Training -Spring Boot Training
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Some exposure to some or all of these tools -Rally, Jira, Service management tool -Strong communications skills -Should be able to switch from Prod support to feature/user story delivery as per need of the hour
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor degree on Computers or related
    
  • Additional Information : Good to have skills Cloud foundry, AWS, Puppet , Chef, Ansible
