  • Key Responsibilities : a: Must have experience on Planisware V6 version b: Knowledge regarding integration with external applications to build/manage interfaces using Web services like Rest API/Odata c: Knowledge on UNIX/LINUX for managing the server side operations d: Basic knowledge of SQL for managing database side operations
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Should have at least 2-5 years of Planisware support experience b: Should be able to perform L2, L3 level activities c: Experience on any Planisware major upgrade will be an additional requirement d: Able to establish maintain technical standards customer security standards e: Good troubleshooting skills in Planisware issues to support Operations team
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good Communication Skill
