  • Key Responsibilities : All L1 Support required per technology Operations 2 Deploy, Monitor, Support, Patch, Upgrade, Secure, Recovery, Retire 3 24/7 Coverage of All technologies areas - combination of staffed and on-call within e-NOC 4 Only issues that cannot be resolved by L1 are escalated to L2/3 These items are then documented for future ownership by L1
    
  • Technical Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting the following technologies - Windows Server, ESX, Linux
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Willingness to work in any shift 2 Good communication skills to interact with US based clients
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE,Btech preferred BCA
