  • Key Responsibilities : Provide expertise with Kronos modules, SQL Analysis and performance tuning Build/modify WIM interfaces to support business needs Validate and confirm new or changed functionalities to ensure customer specifications are met Create complex functional and technical design specifications and collaborate with operational and technical professionals to design solutions Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for utilization
    
  • Technical Experience : 5 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Central to include: Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Integration Manager Workforce Mobile, Workforce Attestation and Workforce Analytics will be a plus Experience translating business requirements to Kronos configuration and supporting changes to that configuration required Database Knowledge to write and understand complex queries and to generate reports in Workforce analytics MS SQL Server experience preferred
