  • Key Responsibilities : a Work on migrating the on-premise remedy applications to latest Helix environment b Responsible for migrating the customizations and migrating the data for the applications ITSM, Smart Reporting and DWP Basic c participate in making the customer adapt to Helix platform processes and onboard the ITSM processes to Helix platform d Design the complex CMDB integrations through AI and B2B REST API based integrations e Design and build Smart reports for the customer by analyzing their reports on a l
    
  • Technical Experience : a BMC IT Service Management ITSM, Helix, Smart Reporting b Design and develop complex functionalities c Hand-on on writing customized approval processes Good understanding on configuring a Change processes d writing code with performance impact consideration e Integrating ITSM with various 3rd party application f Expertise in creating complex reports using Smart Reporting g Knowledge of SPE/SPO is an advantage
