Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Sound understanding of software development and software testing life-cycle 2 Ability to lead and manage coordination between teams effectively and independently 3 Proficient in creating test scenario matrices to ensure complete and exhaustive test coverage 4 Expertise and experience in performing different kinds of testing like IOT, UAT, Stress testing, Performance testing, Functional testing, API testing, RTM management
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Having experience in Adaptavist Test management 2 Experience in managing automated test across technologies 3 Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and analyzing issues to get it fixed as per SLA 4 Experience in Technical documentation creation and maintenance in HP Application Lifecycle management
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to manage in an Agile project 3 Ability to handle client interactions
    
  • Educational Qualification : Engineering or Bachelors degree equivalent
