• Project Role :Scrum Master
• Project Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

  • Key Responsibilities : A Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices and capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge B Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development C Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting and time management skills D Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development E Experience successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule
    
  • Technical Experience : A Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience B Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery and tools B Five or more years of Software Delivery Life Cycle SDLC experience C Three or more years of experience in a Scrum environment, preferably in SAFe, Kanban or financial services industry D CSM Certified Scrum Master, SA SAFe Agilist, SSM SAFe Scrum Master certifications
    
  • Professional Attributes : A US Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage B Willing to work on Shift timings Shift B - until 1030 PM IST if required
