  • Key Responsibilities : A: Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings B: Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source C: Perform estimation and planning, knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects D: Coach Agile practices S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools E: Help team or individual to clarify goals
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Must have 5 years of in-depth IT experience in B: Must have 2 years of experience as Scrum master C: Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules,values and practices D: Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery E: Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc F: Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices
