Oracle Consultant (ERP, HCM, EPM)

Accenture Advanced Technology center is looking for technology enthusiasts ready for a challenging IT career and focus on application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business.
The Oracle Functional Consultant will participate in design, configuration and deployment of the business system solutions based on Oracle Cloud technologies. The role is responsible for the ERP, HCM, EPM functional area throughout the implementation project.
Our Oracle consultants have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated things in a simple way. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.WHAT WILL YOU DOWe are building new skills - Oracle EPM, HCM, EPM and our new Platform team in Romania and therefore we are looking for Oracle Consultants:

• Leads the analysis and design in the ERP, HCM, EPM area in close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
• Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM module requirements and integrates requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designs processes and prepares the solution Blueprint for project implementation
• Configures the system, tests the solution with the users
• Provides user training Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 3 years experience in business or technology consulting, preferably in the Construction sector
• Ability to prove deep knowledge of the Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, EPM)
• fluent English.
• Occasional travel may be required, but it depends on your preferences
