  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should have strong experience working with the SF implementation methodology and project planning at least 5 full cycle implementations 2 Experience in conducting Fit/ Gap analysis and business / process modeling 3 Solid proficiency in gathering assessing requirements from functional business owners 4 Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices 5 Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite
    • Technical Experience : 1 Driving the development of functional and systems specifications 2 Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy- in of proposed solutions with client project team 3 Configure SuccessFactors components spanning WFA functions to meet client needs
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal/written and inter-personal skills 2 Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident 3 client and stakeholder management 4 Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to details
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum 15 years of full time education
