  • Key Responsibilities : A Strong experience in testing of Workday HCM implementation for modules like Benefits, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation Management, Absence and Time Off, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, migration of on-premise HRMS applications to Workday B Experience in testing integrations inbound outbound of Workday C Strong knowledge of Software Testing Development lifecycle and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and Scrum approach D Functional Knowledge and experience in HR modul
    
  • Technical Experience : A Testing exp in Workday tool, which includes Create/Edit/Approve Business Process and End to End data staging for process like - New Hires, Re-Hires, Employee Conversions, Job Change, International Assignments, Bulk Update on Worker Informations, Organization Assignments/Creation, LOA, Absence Return, Terminations, Supervisor Approvals B Exp in driving E2E testing with business partners and 3rd party vendors C Exp in ETL testing to validate data conversion for Workday D Automation test exp
