  • Technical Experience : a: Implementing, configuring and supporting Compensation global rollouts b: Setting up market data, primary comp basis, severance and termination payouts c: Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes d: GDPR requirements b: Setting up advanced comp plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock e: Compensation Participation rules, Compensation Grid, Metrics and Scorecards f: Running year-end merit cycles e: Experience in creating custom reports
