  • Key Responsibilities : a Identify design problems, user needs and challenges - solve for these with a human-centered design approach b Re-imagine the flow and functionality of products/processes based on user flows and use cases c Rapidly test and iterate designs in accordance with user-testing inputs d Contribute towards various Visual Design efforts digital brand and identity assets, research and project reports, concept notes, design directives and workshop communication, Power-point presentations and so on
    
  • Technical Experience : a Strong grounding in UX design with relevant experience in this area b Analytical mind that delves deep into current use cases c Strong focus on ideation, creative thinking and problem-solving d Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, Azure and others e Excellent visualization capabilities with attention to detail -typography, colour palettes, grid, file formats and so on f Compelling visual storytelling and data-visualization skills good
