  • Key Responsibilities : A: Able to participate to other upgrades infrastructure or software or applicative B:Able to work with multiple teams DEV, PRD SUP, Infrastructure client through proper discussion and co-ordination C: Operation with limited support supervision
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Independent DBA skills like Monitoring databases, Performance Tuning, recommendation of best practices B: Able to work together with DBAs on Client side to analyze the issues or talk about them C: Recommend and participate with client DBAs on upgrades and security updates/patches
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good communication both verbal and written
