• Key Responsibilities : 1 Good understanding of OOPS concepts, n Spring, Spring Dependency Injection-IOC, MVC etc 2 Integrating Virtual agent with different third-party components like, salesforce n multiple third-party applications 3 Experience of implementing Webservices-SOAP/Restful 4 Experience of developing n deploying voice n/or text conversational flows for virtual agents or virtual assistants using Google Dialogflow n webhook 5 Experience and skills in VA running on on-prem platform
  
• Technical Experience : 1 Should have expertise in Google DialogFlow 2 Good Knowledge on Microservices 3 Up to speed on Natural Language Understanding -Dialogflow 4 Knowledge of real time n batch integrations, Jira n Confluence
  
• Professional Attributes : Good Communication skill
